Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

We start preparing orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel, email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and request. If the order has already shipped, we’re unable to cancel or modify it.

How do I update my shipping address after ordering?

Contact us immediately with the correct address. If the parcel hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to update it. Once shipped, addresses can’t be changed or rerouted by us.

Why was my order split into multiple packages?

To get items to you faster, some orders may ship in separate packages. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment. Standard shipping remains a single flat fee per order at checkout.

Sizing & Fit

Where can I find sizing information?

Product pages include size details or a size guide when available. If a guide isn’t shown or you’re between sizes, email us your usual size and desired fit so we can assist.

What if the item doesn’t fit?

Please review our return and exchange guidance below. We can help recommend a different size or style based on your preferences.

Shipping & Delivery

We pack orders within 1 business day. Standard shipping is a flat $6.99 per order. Transit times typically range from 2–5 business days once the package is in the carrier’s hands. Delivery speed can vary by destination and carrier conditions.

Where do you ship?

Shipping availability is shown at checkout based on your address. If your address isn’t accepted, contact us and we’ll confirm options.

Do you require a signature on delivery?

Most orders don’t require a signature. Carriers may apply their own discretion for safety and local policies.

Tracking

When will I receive my tracking number?

Tracking is emailed once your order ships. If you don’t see it, check spam/junk folders or contact us for an update.

Tracking shows delivered but I didn’t receive my package—what should I do?

  • Check around your delivery area and with household members or a building office.
  • Allow 24 hours, as some carriers mark delivered early.
  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number for exact delivery details.
  • If you still can’t locate it, email [email protected] and we’ll help investigate.

Returns & Refunds

How do I start a return?

Email [email protected] with your order number, the item you’d like to return, and the reason. Photos are helpful if there’s a defect or damage. We’ll reply with eligibility details and next steps.

What items are usually eligible for return?

  • Items in new, unworn, unwashed condition with original tags and packaging.
  • Items must be sent back only after we provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
  • Items marked as final sale (if any) are not eligible.

Who covers return shipping?

Return shipping options and any costs will be shared during the return authorization. Please wait for instructions before sending anything back.

Can I exchange an item?

Inventory moves quickly, so the fastest way to get a new size or color is to place a new order after your return is authorized. We’ll guide you through the steps.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and review your return. Your bank or payment provider controls the time it takes for funds to appear. We’ll email you once your refund has been processed on our side.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect—what should I do?

Contact us within a reasonable time after delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll work with you on a swift resolution.
